What is the most expensive part of building a house?
Generally, the structure and finished interiors take up the largest part of your budget — strong foundation and framing (civil construction) plus interior finishes (flooring, cabinets, kitchens, bathrooms) can together be the biggest expenses when building a house rather than just raw materials or permits.

Hi, Sorry if this is already in the api and I've missed it but I was just wondering if there is a way to get the number of results for a particular search? For pagination you have options for offsets and limits so would it be possible to have a total so we can say page 1 of 3 for example.
